Position Title: Senior Manager - Sponsorship Marketing

Grade / Designation Senior Manager

Criticality of the role to the business

Objectives

Drive the Sponsorship Marketing program to achieve the following:

1) Strengthen Brand awareness through PR, Social and digital channels

2) Enhance customer influence and consideration to generate and influence business across all segments and regions

3) Enhance employee engagement and pride

Major Deliverables

- Planning and Execution of the sponsorship marketing Program Charter:

- Theme for the year, the positioning and the integrated campaign

- Design and deployment of Customer Communications (Campaigns, Case studies, sales assets) in partnership with sales and segment marketing teams

- Digital presence - (Microsite, Apps, Virtual Reality Experiences) - Build, update and maintenance

- Deliver a sustained employee engagement program in partnership with the Internal communications team and HR department

- Enabling PR and Social Media campaigns through the Corp Comm team

- Continuously evaluate and experiment with new digital marketing tools and techniques to keep the program fresh and creative approach unique

- Drive regional marketing and sales participation and customer engagement by leveraging the various race and golf venues globally

- Agency management- Own relationship with the various agencies involved in delivering the program

- Measurement and Reporting of all metrics for program success

- Engage with multiple stakeholders to deliver the program:

- Internal: Sales, Solutions, and segment marketing teams, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing and Internal Communications team

- External: Sports stakeholders across Technical, Commercial and Marketing departments, other Sponsors and Suppliers in the sport.

- Reporting business impact and marketing leverage on a monthly basis. Quarterly management reporting on achievement and forward outlook on next quarter.
