Position Purpose: The team is currently looking for an IT Security Professional, in order to support strongly the PAM activities. In particular, the new joiner will help managing the PAM solution (Arcos) by being able to L1 to L3 on it. The position also requires to bringing the topic to another level with automation of controls, installation and configuration. Finally, the new joiner will fully be part of the PAM team and will have the opportunity to expand the scope of activities within the team. Responsibilities: Direct Responsibilities: - Support the PAM team by solving Production issues with a L2-L3 expertise. - Work in improving the automation of controls, installation and configuration of Arcos PAM Solution. - Working on solving password management issues Mandatory: - Experienced professional with 4-5 Years in System Administration and Operational support activity. - Familiarity with leading IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Password policy, Privileged Access, Service Accounts, Segregation of Duties, Access provisioning process, User Lifecycle Management etc. - Working knowledge of Multi-tier architectures: load balancers, Network connectivity, Network Ports, caching, web servers, application servers and databases (SQL). - Working knowledge of ITIL process i.e. Service Requests, Change, Incident and Problem Management - Good level on the PAM topic, experience on Arcos preferred - Experience with automation solutions, automation principle and the ops model. - Knowledge of Banking activities / used to work in production environment - Independent, self-motivated and innovative with good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, and can foster teamwork Qualification: - University degree or equivalent in IT discipline - Professional credentials in one of the relevant IT Security disciplines Preference: Having 7+ year of IDAM experience.
