Are you a seasoned SOX audit professional looking for your next career move? We are hiring a Senior SOX Manager with 10+ years of experience in SOX audit for our US-based MNC real estate advisory client.

If you have Big 4 experience (current or prior) and a deep understanding of internal controls over financial reporting, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

As a Senior SOX Manager, you will:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of SOX compliance efforts to Internal Audit Director(s)

- Conduct risk and materiality assessments, establish milestones, and perform SOX walkthroughs and testing

- Update SOX-related documents (e.g., narratives, risk & control matrices)

- Mentor and guide internal audit team members, fostering a collaborative environment

- Work closely with process owners to ensure timely responses and resolution during SOX testing

- Assess and communicate deficiencies, ensuring prompt remediation actions

- Act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships with business partners

- Monitor and assess emerging financial reporting risks, developing plans for appropriate controls

- Execute internal audits on related themes and advise audit teams

What We're Looking For:

- 10+ years of SOX audit experience

- Big 4 experience (current or prior) preferred

- Expertise in COSO framework and applying it to SOX compliance and operational efficiency

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to engage in ad hoc projects, analysis, and reporting
