Senior Manager - Sourcing & Procurement - Pharma/Healthcare

General Sourcing & Procurement

- Ensure cost efficient and time bound procurement while adhering to applicable SOPs, quality parameters, and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with the packaging department for the development, approval and procurement of required tools and packaging materials for Primary & secondary packaging.

- Create and maintain vendor databases, develop new vendors, and vendor facility audits.

- Manage all kinds of AMCs for the site including administrative, operational, supply chain and engineering function.

- Preparation and Implementation of SOPs pertaining to sourcing and procurement.

- Project related procurement as needed.

- Ensure adherence to the processes and documentation related to Custom office (SEZ) from material movement perspective.

Comparator Sourcing:

- Identification and selection of vendors that are specialized in clinical trial supplies.

- Understand requirements for comparator drug sourcing and RFQ analysis prior to floating inquiries and coordinate between global comparator Team and Vendor.

- Coordination with internal stakeholders for seamless and timely end to end execution

- Ensure right and timely documentation required for comparator PO Release / Inward entry of Drug into our system.

Minimum Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science / Pharma

- Diploma or master's degree in Procurement / Materials Management.

Experience Required:

- 8 to 15 years of experience.
