Job Description:
Senior Manager - Solutions Architect is a customer facing Techno Commercial role. The person is responsible for the solution-sale cycle and will shadow closely with the Sales representative. The role of the Architect is to partner with customer through his journey - use case identification, technical qualification, advising on solution architecture and support in implementations. The Architect is expected own the solution opportunity from a technical perspective, engage with customers towards successful adoption.
Candidate for this position will be an Individual Contributor. He/she must be well versed with AI/ML technology including GPUs, HPC
He/she should have deep knowledge of Generative AI,NVIDIA Omniverse and LLMs , NVIDIA SDK, NVIDIA DGX, architecting the AI/ML pipelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- He/she should be able to handle AI/ML workload across India.
- He/she will work with Sales team and OEMs in architecting the solution and running POCs/Pilots for the customers.
- Develop comprehensive AI/ML solution architectures, considering scalability, performance, and security.
- Work closely with the engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with company capabilities.
- Engage with key stakeholders at client organizations, including C-level executives, to articulate the value proposition of AI/ML solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their business goals.
- Oversee the successful implementation of AI/ML projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and timelines.
DESIRED PROFILE:
- M.B.A into Sales & Marketing Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred - B.Tech + MBA in Sales & Marketing from good B School
- 5+ years of experience in the Technology business.
- Strong understanding of HPC/AI/ML workloads, Kubernetes, Slurm and related technologies.
- Should have worked in Large Environments (single rack/single node are not preferred)
- We need people who understand the AI World but should have expertise in the HARDWARE side of business
- Knowledge in the design and operation of NVIDIA/Mellanox networking fabrics
- Experience in leading the Solution sales effort around AI/ML/HPC and cloud technologies
- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- A strong customer centric approach
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Understanding of Data Centre colocation business.
