Position / Designation: Senior Manager - Social Media (Reports to Operations Head - Non Voice) for an E-Commerce Giant!!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and enhance Social media as a Service Channel to support long term visions
- Plan, manage and execute all-digital, social media projects and relevant activities with the highest levels of quality, within designated timelines.
- Work closely with key stake holders (internal and external) and be the go-to person for all current and future digital projects
- Provide pro-active direction & ideas for campaigns/projects on all aspects of building a comprehensive social media strategy
- Creating highly engaging content for the social communities across platforms
- Leading the Social media Team and driving Operational efficiencies
- Work closely with the other social teams on all brand, sales and exclusive launch campaigns.
- Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities to enhance customer experience
- Actively engage with audiences on microblogging platforms, monitor conversations and escalate issues (if any) to the CX team.
- Conduct regular Analysis to Identify and recommend improvements to established processes, policies and workflows.
- Work with cross functional departments to get customer asks on Social media channels getting addressed within the stipulated timeframe.
- Track and Drive all operational metrics to maximize efficiency
- Evaluate and gauge performance with transparency
- Competition and Social media sentiment analysis to improvise existing model/methodology
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Relevant experience in a similar role in a social media setup
- In depth knowledge of Social media tools and techniques
- Passion for using social media channels as a means to communicate with online audiences and deep understanding of what motivates people to engage with brands through various social media platforms.
- Has been a People Manager
