Senior Manager - Social Media - eCommerce

We have a opening with world's one of the leading e-tail portals of Precious and Semi Precious Gemstone and Diamond Jewelry looking for the position of Social Media- Senior Manager.

ROLES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for creating and managing the company's social media presence on social media platforms to build an engaged community.

- Ability to conceptualize, create and execute contests & promotional offerings.

- Develop a proactive content calendar that aligns and supports the overall marketing communication strategy

- One should be expert in tracking Traffic & Conversions through Organic & Paid Channels (Google Analytics).

- Expertise in handling Social Media Marketing Networks (Facebook. Twitter, Instagram, G+, Pinterest, YouTube, Linkedin, Reddit, Slideshare) - Updates, Checking Insight Metrics, Analytics, Audience Engagement, Reputation Management, Social Media Monitoring & Listening, Generating Creative Campaign Ideas & Implementing them.

- Monitor and understand existing, new and upcoming platforms as per business requirements.

- Publish daily posts at, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, G+ and Pinterest communities and other platforms (as per the content calendar).

- Managing large- and small-scale initiatives to support social media strategy (contests, social referral).

- Administer Facebook creative, manage tab features/functionality, and create/monitor Wall posts to ensure that daily customer communications are dealt with properly (ORM).

- Compile weekly dashboard that measures the growth of our major social platforms.

Develop and maintain reporting across social channels to understand ROI and growth opportunities. Proactively communicate issues, opportunities and insights to the team.

- Should possess experience in Off- Page SEO (Link Building, Blog Commenting, Article Submission).

- Stay current with social media trends and tools, should be able to strengthen social media marketing process.
