Job: Pre sales
(1) Will be responsible in providing Techno-Commercial Support to the Sales Team including the Channel Partners
(2) Will be responsible for understanding customer need and design the techno-commercial proposal for the requirement.
(3) Will be responsible to deal with internal stakeholders to ensure that right solution and commercials are worked out for the customer requirements.
(4) Will be responsible for conducting training and knowledge enhancement sessions with Internal employee and Channel Partners.
(5) Will be supporting the sales team for order closure.
Experience:
- Total Experience: 12-16 Years
- Must have considerable Business, Market & Network/Technology Knowledge.
- Strategic Capability in areas of Market/Network planning and capacity creation
- Knowledge of different IT Platforms/Tools
- Good Hands-on for different security levels and Protocols
- Customise the solutions for selected Market/Customer segment
- BOQ (Bill of Quantity) preparation in comparison to customers' current infra and Various Capex and Opex based scenario/benefits.
- Techno-commercial Technical understanding and Solution Consulting of
Sizing/planning/prerequisites for Migration
- IT Application-level understanding for Migration (new/legacy APPs)
- General Integration and Support for different products like Live Chat, Digital Survey
- Basic understanding of techno-commercial data center & Cloud migration process
- APIs and its integration attributes
- Understanding of making BoQ and able to carry out discussions with solution architects on HLD (High Level Design) part
- Various security threats and mitigation knowledge
