1. Pre disbursement document verification for various products (LAP, BE, BD, BIL)

2. Disbursement authorisation and payment processing

3. Monitoring of OTC and PDD documents

4. Files and property papers - storage and retrieval

5. Loan closure, NOC issuance, property papers handover

6. Bank reconciliation

7. Compliance with CERSAI, CKYC, ROC charge filing

8. Submission of information with Credit bureau

9. Submission of information to various audits

10. Process improvements

11. LMS reconciliation
