The BPI Manager will be a member of the Global View India Leadership team reporting directly to the General Manager and functionally to the Regional BPI Manager. The role will include responsibility for the creation and delivery of best in class process improvement methodology and associated process training throughout the country as well as the creation and rollout of BPI and PMO initiatives, implementation of the BPI & PMO model and the re-engineering, standardization and implementation of any processes as agreed with GV Service teams. This position requires mature leadership skills as well as strong change management skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Actively identify and take ownership of process improvement and automation opportunities within the Country utilizing proven process improvement techniques such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Business Process Management Systems.

2. Implement and use PMO tools and metrics to coordinate projects and track progress and ROI.

3. Execute the BPI & PMO strategy within country through cross functional teams of leaders

4. Conduct Kaizen continuous improvement workshops and ensure the associated agreed action points are implemented in a timely manner.

5. Ensure all managers within the country are proficient in facilitating Kaizens and are committed to the identification of and execution on process improvement opportunities.

6. Proactively monitor business performance / operating results within the region against plans and objectives, taking adequate steps to correct shortfalls in performance through BPI initiatives.

7. Communicate the strategic importance of projects and support in the creation of business cases to gain funding and buy-in from key constituents and to ensure the success of initiatives and investments.

8. Leverage relationships and collaborates on a regular basis with other functional areas to identify BPI and PMO training needs.

9. Work collaboratively with the BPI team to ensure alignment between GlobalView BPI initiatives and strategy and the initiatives and strategy from the BPI team.

10. Manage resources effectively to ensure quality, consistency, cost effectiveness and excellence of service.

11. Increase customer loyalty by providing a strong support structure for customers.

12. Engage all country departments to create & maintain a continuous improvement culture.

13. Implement on-going Management Information reporting and metrics within the Country.

14. Project Managing the Implementation of BPMS tool within the Country.

15. Leading BPMS Tool governance within country ensuring alignment with strategy

16. Coordinating & Tracking all Process Improvement activities ensuring standards are adhered to

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Graduate / MBA having 8 - 14 years of experience and currently working with a Global MNC BPO as Manager / Senior Manager driving Six Sigma BPI Projects.

- 8 - 14 years Extensive experience in Business Process Improvement and Change Management with a proven track record in delivering results.

- Six Sigma Certified professional preferred.

- Experience working in international environments is a plus.
