Senior Manager - Service Vendors Development - Supply Chain Services

Negotiations : 

- Negotiations for the deals related to business requirement

- Get the Purchase Orders Raise in SAP as per concluded deals

- Managing proper documentation approvals and budgets for orders released

Vendor Management : 

- Engaging with vendors for their queries and build professional relationship

- Evaluating vendors and support them to get up to mark as per organisation requirement

- Ensuring the quality services are delivered by vendor

- Periodic evaluation of vendor to be conducted

Stake holders management : 

- Engaging with internal teams and support them for their requirements

- Have periodic scheduled meetings with them for better engagement

Broad KRA for the profile:

Savings : 

- To achieve annual targeted saving

- Support new businesses for all the requirements

Process improvements : 

- Work on the internal processes and SOPs and bring efficiencies

Streamlining Operations : 

- Manage the operations and strive to achieve excellence in operations of procurement

- Managing proper documentation for all the activities

- Streamlining and aligning the set processes to new businesses needs

Skills and Qualifications:

- Supply Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Vendor Relationships, Organization,

- Experience of working in new business/ start ups will be added advantage.

- Experience of FMCG / E-tailers is added advantage.
