A fast-growth and exciting Award-Winning IoT Company is looking for dynamic Sr. Manager - Service Operations (4 positions based at Delhi, Pune, Bhubaneshwar & Vijaywada)) to lead a team of Account Managers in ensuring Customer delight a every step.
- You will be expected to work out of home / client location as per needs of the Organisation.
- You MUST come with 10 - 15 years of relevant experience within a Telecom / IoT company, of managing a team and independently handling the Service Operations / Customer Service portfolio for a set of clients.
Qualification : MBA Marketing. Additional IT / Technical / Engineering qualification preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading team of Account Managers
- Follow up with internal stakeholders for customer escalations and updates
- Maintaining and Building relationship with customers
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
- Customer Account reconciliation
- Billing and Collections
- Customer Onboarding
- KYC compliance
- Knowing your competition, market developments and action planning accordingly
- TSP billing and reconciliations
