Senior Manager - Seller Marketing will play a very crucial role in leading key projects/campaigns in the team.

Responsibilities will largely be

Marketing Communication:

- Directly responsible for ideating, analysing and adoption of business metrices via campaigns.

- Work with internal and external teams to create campaigns to communicate to sellers on Marketplace value propositions.

- Effectively use digital and offline channels for the campaigns

- Analytical approach towards improving campaign metrics.

- Own key business metrics, support in-depth business reviews and present to senior executives

Learning & Development:

- Directly responsible for creating a pull for seller learning and development.

- Work with product teams to create marketing collaterals for new features/products

- Enable adoption of sellers

- Responsible for targets set on product adoption

Brand Development & servicing

- Manage all the creative requirements for the brand

- Create brand properties for marketplace services and functions

- Liaise with the central teams to create brand properties for marketplace that imbibes from the mother brand.

Press Relations for Marketplace

- Identify stories within marketplace for a press announcement

- Collate all data and talk points for the story

- Work with product, category and all relevant teams to identify the stories and create successful press interventions

- Create the B-docs for all stories before going to press, whilst identifying the media preferences.

Oversee

- Social Media seller engagement

- Seller community engagement

- Events

Qualifications

- 6+ years of relevant work experience in ecommerce or consumer product companies

- Experience in managing marketing teams.

- MBA/BTech/BE Degree preferred

- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize marketing budgets

- Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and optimize marketing programs.

- Experience hiring and managing a team / agencies.

- Understanding of Media planning and buying across digital media

- Relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail.

- Demonstrated success with industry leading marketing programs.

- Ability to plan strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution.
