Senior Manager - Seller Growth - eCommerce

1. Scaling up Market Place business.

2. Work with Partners to grow sellers managed by them.

3. Develop Ecosystem for helping sellers to grow their business and make operation seamless for them

4. Understanding the challenges faced by Seller and working towards structural solve for it.

5. Work closely with cross function Team Like Product, Planning, Categories, Demand Planning, Seller Marketing, Seller Experience, Business Finanace etc to ensure key goals are achieved

6. Would be responsible to enable various growth levers that would help sellers grow business for the organization.

7. Would work closely with Merchandising teams to get the right visibility for the portfolio.

Experience: Should be from E-Commerce or Retail Background. Minimum Experience of 5 years.
