Senior Manager - Selection Acquisition - eCommerce - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

We are actively hiring for Senior Manager Selection Acquisition position for an Ecommerce Client for Delhi Location. The candidate should be a MBA from Tier 1 Institute of either 2015 or 2016 passout year only.

Also Ecommerce experience is a mandate!

Job Description:

- Own the business: Co-own the P&L, understand where opportunities lie and build strategies to create a viable business to service them

- Team handling experience is a mandate.

- Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.

- Know the competition: Understand online and offline players. Ensure selection stays well ahead of competition

- Influence: Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional teams/leadership and drive the changes required

Key elements of the role include:

- Work with marketing to identify the best initiatives to build awareness and encourage trial across channels

- Own the business topline metrics of Units, GMV and conversion

- Responsible for handling end to end demand side activities like planning, selection launch, pricing inputs, demand shaping and merchandising.

- Build and manage events and event calendar on the platform

- Own platform experience and branding for sellers and customers, ensure platform tenets reflect at all touchpoints for all users of the platform
