Looking at a compliance &amp; company secretary professional with 7 to 12 years of experience banking, insurance, e-commerce or services industry. The role is with a leading e-commerce company &amp; will be based out of Bangalore. Indicative Role &amp; Responsibilities: 1.Preparing and filing: Necessary documents, returns &amp; forms with ROC as required under Companies Act; Statutory returns/records with Registrar of Companies, RBI, NHB etc. 2. Drafting of Agendas and properly convening board meetings 3. Ensuring Secretarial compliance and due diligence 4. Liaise with RBI, SEBI, IRDA, NHB and other regulatory authorities 5. Filing of reports with RBI 6. Year-end matters including director report, notices etc. Relevant Competencies: - Should have relevant experience in NBFC/Bank or other financial institutions - In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 - Should be able to understand the compliance eco-sphere - Should have a strong understanding of Companies Act and secretarial compliances
