The website is the most important asset in our digital footprint. It serves as a source of information and a generates business for products across the portfolio. Millions of customers visit the website and navigate their journeys daily. We are looking for someone who can assist in drive KPIs

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Website KPI Management:

- Assist in tracking and driving all website related KPIs like traffic, views, MOUs, leads and alike

- Drive step conversions on the website

Website Operations:

- Assist in all operations activities related to website - content updation, uptime, loading time analysis and alike

- Ensure timely execution of all content changes across the website

- Ensure content is correct and updated at all times

- Carry out monthly content audits for the above

- Optimization and Capability Development

- Identify opportunities for implementing new features-

- Carry out continuous heat map analyses to identify optimization areas

- Work with various COEs internally to carry out new implementations and optimizations

- Identify opportunities for implementing new features-

Funnel Management:

- Assist in creating a framework for funnel management, identifying tools to assist journey step conversions

- Create monthly activity plans to drive KPIs

- Work with COEs to ensure various interventions are executed

Key Metrics:

- Website KPIs

- W3C compliance

- Usage metrics and asset health KPIs

EXPERIENCE :

- Relevant experience in directly managing SEM

- Understanding of business KPIs- is a significant advantage

- Strong bias for E-commerce experience
