Job Description :
- Work with OTC Solution Lead in Hub to partner with Global Process Lead Leads in various Order to cash sub-processes like Order management, Pricing & Rebates Process and Transportation/Logistics to review and validate the proposed solution - Accountable
- Work with extended partner team in reviewing all Configuration Requests and Change requests within sprint.
- Support decision-making for Order & Contract Management, Pricing & Rebates & Transportation/Logistics sub areas for any localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable
- Partner with the MTD Lead and RTR team on the Inventory Management / Inventory Accounting / to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution - Consult / Execute
- Ideate with Order & Contract Management, Pricing & Rebates & Transportation/Logistics Solution Lead / Global Process Lead and Global SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Template - Consult/Execute
- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities - Consult / Execute
- Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors - Consult / Execute
- Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global S/4 solution leveraging agile methodology - Consult / Execute
- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and enough product backlog for the teams to work against - Consult / Execute
- Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies - Consult / Execute
- Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute

- Bachelor's degree in engineering required
- 5-8 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Order & Contract Management, Pricing & Rebates Process & Transportation/Logistics Management
- One E2E SAP S/4 Hana green field /brownfield implementation experience required is a must, preferably for a CPG organization, with hands-on consulting experience around advanced customer returns, advanced returns management, Condition contracts, Sales deal, Settlement management, BRF+ for output determination, business partner set up, Free of charge delivery, STO, Intercompany Sales, Drop Shipments, charge settlement process and free goods determination.
- EDI /ALE Interface design experience is a must.
- Proven capabilities in integrating SAP with peripheral supply chain systems such as planning & procurement, demand management, production planning, transportation and warehouse management systems.
- Should have done extensive work on Sales and distribution and its integration with sub-modules like materials management and finance & costing. In addition, integration with external supply chain systems like transportation and warehouse management (like SAP TM / WM / EWM) is required.
- Excellent client facing skills required to manage key stakeholders. Onsite SAP implementation experience is a must.
- Strong problem solving and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of debugging, batch job monitoring and Idoc processing
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman 7+, MS VSTS, Quality Center and MS Project
- Able to ideate through a highly complex problems within their work team
- Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at project / program level in the organization and across departments
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
