Senior Manager - Sales - Water Purifier Business

Team Size - 3 ASM and 1 LASF

- Responsible for Primary Sales

- Exposure into direct Dealer /distribution line-general trade

- Responsible for B2B Business, Projects / Corporate order.

- Responsible for MFR, CSD, CPC Business

- Responsible for Customer satisfaction

- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives

- Planning and Execution of various Sales Promotional Activities.

- Designing a Primary Sales Plan/ Secondary Sales Plan through key retailer engagement, Shop Promoters, retail Meet and Kiosk activities

- Monitor and maintain Distributor inventory

- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs

- Supervise and motivate our team to perform their best
