- Provide training to Sales Force in processes and proper utilization and maximization of SFE tools.
- Provide in-field training to Sales Force to assure proper execution of selling strategies and techniques. Observe Field Sales team in their territory providing constructive feedback after observation.
- Communicate and work with SFE &, Training Manager with regards to performance appraisal of training courses
- Attend Sales Meetings and coordinate or run workshops when required.
- Administrate SFA tool and provide support to SFE &, Training Manager in the generation of reports and work together in the development of solutions to address gaps and opportunities.
- Provide support to SFE & Training Manager to assure monitoring process within the call activities, sampling, speaker programs, and other key processes.
- Assist the SFE Manager in the development of Call Plans for the sales force, including territory creation and maintenance.
- Manage promotional material Sales force deployment tool.
- Actively participate in the assigned Brand Team.
- Assist the SFE Manager in the Sample Management process.
