Reports to : Head - L&D (Learning & Development) who reports to Head HR
Experience : 12 - 15 Years (8 ~ 10 years in Sales Training & Sales capability development role in a large organization)
SALARY : upto 18 Lakhs
Education : Graduate in Mechanical Engineering & MBA - Sales & Marketing
1. Certification in Facilitation skills
2. OD Tools - knowledge & administration.
3. Sales training certification from NIS / accredited certifiers

Job Description :
1. Second-line & Leadership Development - Sales : Strategize, Communicate and Execute effective second line & leadership capability building initiatives including advanced leadership programs based on outcome of ACDC / 360 Degree feedback & reporting that targets critical leadership competencies and can significantly impact the organization's people development objectives. Responsible for developing Second-line & leaders in sales function across the company.
2. Sales Learning Programs : Design, Develop, Facilitate and monitor business impact : Create & facilitate innovative learning modules, interventions, workshops impacting work level wise behavioral competencies viz., blended learning, TNI, solutions for emerging business challenges (as per discussion with FHs). Also being part of the BU HRs in rolling out post learning effectiveness and monitor implementation of biz projects thereby responsible for the increase in sales & profits as a result of sales interventions
3. Organizational Development Initiatives : Design, develop & execute OD interventions / projects end to end with BUs' team members to enable them to improve their performance thereby achieve the BU Capability Development with effective & relevant use of psychometric assessment tools & other contemporary industry practices.
4. Competency Development Framework - Sales Functional & Behavioral: Design, develop & implement competency development framework covering competency assessment, crafting IDPs (individual development plans), include in the learning plan, review of implementation of IDPs and reassess competency.
