Synergy plus business consulting group. We are looking for a Sr. Sales manager.
Responsibilities:
- Driving establishment of Sales in new region
- End-to-end customer management
- Opening credit lines for Purchase Financing (Secured/Unsecured) for raw material ensuring fulfillment for Infrastructure & Manufacturing clients
- Development of new channel for lead generation & managing entire team & resources
- Management of P&L of the assigned region
- Team Building and cost management - Bringing in new suppliers for raw material strategic alliance and enhancing business through it.
- Adhering to financial planning and budgeting of the region and bringing in the profitability of the business.
- Selling secured & unsecured credit lines to SME clusters by managing the end-to-end sales cycle
- Increasing share of the SME wallet - onboarding the customer across multiple products & services
- Building the necessary supplier base and maintaining a strong supplier network for raw material fulfillment
- Managing and monitoring the fulfillment process by coordinating with the Central Fulfilment Team
