Senior Manager Sales Technology, Telecom
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
This role would be part of the B2B, end-to-end sales function. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.
Role : Senior Manager Sales Technology, Telecom
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Candidate must have 10+yrs of experience in corporate Sales in Indian B2B marketplace
- Corporate sales experience in preferably in SaaS sales, IoT device/technology sales, IT Software or hardware sales would be preferable.
- Candidate is required to develop relationship with corporate heads, to arrange meetings with potential client to prospect for new business
- Candidate is responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
- He/She will be primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
- Responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client. Client relationship management is also his KRA.
- Keeping up with product portfolio, market trends and devise sales communication strategy
- Maintain CRM of current and potential customers. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Be a hunter by nature and creative with communication skills.
- Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction/feedback
Operations and Reporting - Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
- Skill to manage end to end project including delivery data, governance relayed and in sighting responsibilities
- Experienced into managing a team size of 7-15 people
- Experience in technology sales / solution sales / Telecom
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/PG degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 10+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
