JOB SUMMARY:
Senior Sales Manager is to grow incremental and new sales for the business while simultaneously reducing customer turnover. Person will be a part of the Business Development team for managing the IT staffing business of Experis IT.
This role would require practical & proven experience in areas of Sales & Client Management, Talent Acquisition and Key Account Management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business development activities for new client generation
- Identifying new sales leads
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Delivering to the hiring initiatives/ demands as forecasted by the customer
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular meetings, calls, consultant management programs, etc.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Well-networked in the defined sectors (Only Staffing) and should have a successful track record of delivery.
- Good experience in contract staffing and providing SOW based solutions to clients
- Bachelors/ Post graduate/ MBA
- Minimum of 15+ years sales and account management experience in business-to business sales
- Have a consultative sales approach
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
- Driven and motivated
- Ability to work as a team
