Job Purpose/Position Summary : To develop and monitor SME business and Corporate in the Chennai Circle and give guidance to the team

Ticket size : og mon 2cr.

Products : Sme Loans, working capital, term loans and related products

Job Responsibilities :

- Source and develop proposals from through direct marketing.

- Build quality , Mid Enterprises Asset portfolio in particular region

- Suggest and work out customized solutions to the customer as per the needs and requirements.

- Coordinate for pre and post sanction process to ensure timely sanction of financial assistance and execution of legal documents and disbursement of the loan by liaison with legal, compliance and operations team for reducing TAT

- Maintain the customer relations and monitor working of the company and payments.

- Partner with possible institutions/OEMs to help better serve our client requirement and get fresh business.

- Understand the client need and suggest new loan products to meet the requirements.

- Study competitors and do product benchmarking.

- Maintain and manage cordial relationship with stake holders through client servicing.

- Identifying and developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably

- Monitor profitability of the portfolio by closely tracking the yield
