Job Description for Senior Manager Sales - Realty
The profile would involve managing and supervising a team of Relationship Managers in the Realty Sales vertical. The candidate would also be expected to assist the HOD in optimizing the leads flow both in terms of Quality and Quantity.
- Lead a team of R.Ms to successfully achieve the Quarterly Sales Targets.
- Assist the R.M Sales in closing their deals by holding joint meetings with the clients.
- Ensure effective Leads Distribution to the Sales Team.
- Collate and submit a DSR to the Head of Department.
- Review the performance of each member of the Sales force and take timely corrective measures to maximise efficiency
- Assist the HOD to strategize the Lead generation campaigns.
- Submit feedback to the HOD on the Quality of Lead Flow.

Candidate should be from the Real Estate company
Skills Required
The ideal candidate must have the following attributes:
- Proven Leadership skills to successfully lead a team of R.M Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and Written.
- Strong Analytical skills to monitor the sales progress.
- Ability to train the R.Ms on effective ways of closing a deal.
- Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Ability to prepare analytical reports on Sales, Marketing, Leads Quality Assessment etc.
