We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager for a leading real estate company.

The ideal candidate will lead client relationship strategies, drive sales through market insights, and oversee the end-to-end sales process while managing and guiding junior sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong client relations, manage deal negotiations, and foster networks to secure long-term partnerships and repeat business.

- Market Analysis & Strategy: Stay updated on real estate trends, perform market analysis, and use insights to drive strategic sales initiatives.

- Sales Target Achievement: Take ownership of achieving individual and team sales targets, setting a high standard for sales excellence.

- Channel Partner Management: Drive and motivate channel partners to meet sales goals; handle registration, training, certification, and commission processing.

- Revenue Growth: Develop a strategy to boost revenue from both direct clients and channel partners, identifying untapped market opportunities.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

- Product & Market Expansion: Provide regular product updates to partners and identify new regions for expanding client base across India and abroad.

- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate deals, and finalize high-value transactions with corporate clients, MNCs, and prospective investors.

- Brand Representation: Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions, positioning the brand as a market leader in real estate.

- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and coach a team towards achieving targets.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to articulate value propositions effectively.

- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and market knowledge to devise effective sales strategies.

- Client-Focused: High level of understanding of client needs, with an ability to build trust and long-term relationships.

- Sales-Driven: Strong passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications: Postgraduate degree or MBA with a minimum of 4+ years in sales, ideally in the real estate sector or high-value sales roles.
