Executive Hiring is looking for a Senior Manager - Sales Planning for an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

- Post Grad / MBA in Marketing from IIM's / XLRI/ SPJIMR/FMS/MDI ( preferably from the class of 2016/17/18) etc. with a Sales Planning / Modern Trade / E Commerce experience.

- The incumbent will be responsible to drive the Sales Planning, Analytics, and Insighting process for all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the business planning process and performance tracking

- Manage reporting, data sources and drive cadence for deriving insights for decision making.

- Training & Capability Development

- Development, Tracking & Review of Strategy

Key Competencies:

- A planning mind-set to understand and implement the science and art of sales planning

- Team Management

- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, organize and analyze large data sets.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Good understanding of systems and processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
