The selected candidates shall be expected to perform the following responsibilities :
- Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
- Derive Sales through the team of Medical Representative.
- Guide the team and remove their bottle necks by staging up involvement.
- Maintain targets and performance of each Sales Executive.
- Keep a watch on Rival brand and suggest the counter strategies ahead of time.
- Capable of creating his own team.
- Hold monthly review meetings and motivate the Sales Team.
Candidates with be responsible for Pune Sales therefore professionals with experience in Pharmaceutical companies and who have handled distributors and retailers should only apply.
Salary Range: 6-10 LPA
