We have an opportunity for a Senior Manager- Sales Operations for one of our client.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Adhere to periodic reporting needs of sales regions and monitor in-time delivery of all reports
- Manage dependencies and interfaces with various regional sales directors
- Create sales performance, trend analysis and forecast dashboards for executive review
- Implement directives from the Sales Head of the group across all sales channels
- Follow up with sales teams for a timely and proper update of pipeline data
- Identify reporting needs and send alerts proactively and implement efficiencies in the system
- Regular enhancements and maintenance of automated programs, utilities, and applications created for reporting purposes
- Maintain proper documentation, confidentiality, and storage of reports in a controlled environment
- Present performance reports on live calls and meetings with sales executives and management
Required Skills
- 12+ years experience working in the field of sales force enablement, channel management and sales operations (preferably for an IT services company) for a services organization
- Must have extensive experience of working with or managing sales and pipeline applications
- Must be well versed in sales lifecycle stages and phases of a services industry and the bid development process
- Ability to create synergy with teams across multiple sites and create a sense of teamwork by pulling together the different members of the program who may be unrelated and dissimilar.
- Must have experience in trend analysis and forecasting methods
- Must possess exemplary people management skills and collaborative work style.
- Able to execute with excel in ambiguity and perform with little or no management oversight.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills in management and executive circles
- Excellent knowledge of working with MS Office products with superior documentation skills
- Must be an advanced user and practitioner of MS Excel, knowledge of macros and VBA programming
- Must have programming experience and working with databases
- End-to-end and thorough understanding of the sales and customer acquisition process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Perform in a matrix environment and be able to multi-task with multiple reporting structures
- The collaborative style of working and be able to form, lead and mentor dynamic teams
- Experience in an MNC and working in a matrix reporting organization
