Senior Manager - Sales Operations
About Company :
Reputed Company in the building material industry, which deals with the multi-brand & multi-product, with operations all over the nation.
The incumbent would be responsible for:
- Co-creating & Deploying Sales Force Effectiveness [SFE] strategies for the field team in the Organization. Must be familiar with the variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures
- End to end design, detailing, execution and project management of key Sales Excellence/Operations projects in the Consumer & Bazaar (C & B) Divisions.
- The position is responsible for working with and/ or leading cross-functional teams across the C & B divisions and support functions of PIL to execute strategic/substantial projects.
Drive Performance Improvement in Sales Operations Parameters across the C & B Divisions like
i. DRCP Management
ii. Range Selling
iii. Productivity
iv. Numeric Distribution
Drive Usage of various Sales automation/digital platforms via the divisions for driving better ways of working on the field
- Drive Adherence & Usage of various Sales Process Modules via the divisions for driving better ways of working on the field
i. Intelligent Target Setting (Bottom-Up Approach)
ii. Intelligent Outlet Segmentation/Classification Logic
iii. Service Frequency basis Outlet Segmentation/Classification
iv. Daily Route Coverage Plan via Route Optimization
v. Disgruntled Dealer Management
vi. Disconnected Dealer Management
vii. Dissatisfied Dealer Management
- Comprehensive diagnostics for periodic Sales Operations review meetings with the C & B Divisions
- Planning and execution of effective Incentive planning and disbursement system/ recognition programs
- Deliver information on weekly exception on Sales Operations Parameters to the divisions and partner with them in resolving the same
Build analytical capabilities for monitoring Town coverage, Outlet coverage, sales operations & Gaps in project execution
