Manager - Sales and New Category Development (MNC)
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- The New-Age Category Development department will identify and connect with founders & marketing teams and VC funders of upcoming brands in the early-stage startup world to help them accelerate their journey to reach out to mass market consumers by leveraging the strengths of Broadcasting and OTT offerings and its arsenal of powerful TV influencers and thus help our organization to further its advertising revenue goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- On-boarding New-Age startup businesses and help them grow in their brand journey.
- Building and delivering the Ad Revenue pipeline for the business.
- Mentoring and grooming talent within the team to build a formidable team.
- Build a shared culture of innovation and execution excellence to drive business growth.
