Key Responsibilities:

Brand Research & Solutions:

- Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate potential brands for influencer marketing and branded IPs.

- Develop digital solutions aligned with advertiser needs and trends.

Client & Agency Engagement:

- Build strong relationships with key agencies and clients to pitch digital and content solutions.

- Collaborate with content teams within agency networks for business growth.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Track client preferences and industry trends to recommend innovative campaigns.

- Strategically plan campaigns that align with market opportunities.

Revenue Ownership:

- Take full ownership of digital revenue targets, focusing on strategic partnerships for growth.

- Drive revenue by nurturing assigned brands and markets.

- Influencer Partnerships & Talent Management:.

- Work with talent management and creative teams to identify the right influencers for campaigns.

- Ensure successful delivery and closure of influencer marketing projects.

- Commercial Planning & Brand Engagement:

- Collaborate with creator and talent teams to develop robust commercial plans for campaigns.

- Ensure smooth execution and delivery of brand engagements.

Project Management & Coordination:

- Manage internal and external teams for seamless planning, delegation, and project delivery.

- Oversee day-to-day project operations for smooth campaign execution.

Digital Rights Management:

- Understand digital rights for video/audio content and manage their application in commercial contexts.

Industry Trends & Market Insights:

- Monitor the influencer marketing landscape and inform teams about emerging trends and opportunities.

Presentation & Communication:

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, conveying digital strategies and solutions effectively.

Requirements:

Experience: 5-7 years in Digital Sales, preferably in Media or Content Platforms.

Network: Strong connections with clients and agency partners.

Digital Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of influencer marketing, branded content, and digital campaigns.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with best practices in content partnerships and campaign offerings.

Negotiation & Sales Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
