Role: The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the Product development software sector. This role requires a deep understanding of IT products and solutions, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager is instrumental in achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the software product market especially Forensics and Cyber Security.
- Analyze market data to develop strategies for targeting specific customer segments and industries.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify key target accounts and establish a plan for prospecting and engagement.
- New Delhi- Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities in the IT Products space.
New Business Development:
- Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities in the IT Products space.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Product and Solution Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Articulate the value proposition of these product value to potential clients.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals and secure contracts that meet or exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to make informed strategic decisions.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure successful client engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
- MBA degree from any reputed institute
- 10-15 years' of industry-related sales & marketing experience
- Should have experience in handling projects in Government and Corporate sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of successful Sales and marketing strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
