Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing - BFSI

Skill Set Required -

1. Must have a MBA Degree & approximately 10+ years of experience in Marketing

2. Understanding of Tax and/or Assurance domain

3. Must be a relationship person and should have had past client wins

4. Strong interpersonal skills

5. Must be able to speak at events

6. Marketing blend of mind

7. Flair to deal internationally

Key Performance Indicators -

1. Meet/Interact with at least 6 organizations every week

2. Have 20 meetings a month with the influencers (see indicative list below)

3. Must generate at least 2 qualified leads a week (after probation)

4. Speak at 5 to 6 events a year

5. Be able to drive at least 4 campaigns a year

6. Bring in 100 leads for professional services
