The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing revenue strategies and marketing campaigns, create a marketing plan and strategies, Insure that manufacturing capacity utilized up to the optimum, conduct marketing research for product & services, implementing marketing plans & creating performance.
- Develop & manage key relationships with key customers.
- Lead in the development of sales & marketing strategy.
- Monthly scheduling based on customer demand.
- RM & FE actualization.
- Track sales activities and reports
- Develop and regularly review sales and marketing budget
- Understand company objectives, and conduct market research to evaluate opportunities, identify potential partners, set pricing, develop pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts
- Maintain and grow the company's sales pipeline, forecast sales out, time sales to close, and forecast revenue.
- Develop sales action plans for new and existing clients based on market needs and business objectives.
- Expertise in managing the entire breadth of commercial operations inclusive of RFQ generation, Quotation Preparation, Negotiations & Finalization, Order generation & Processing, Sales planning & Monitoring, Customer satisfaction, etc.
- Excellence in addressing commercial issues, resolving performance bottlenecks, and achieving desired objectives
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of utilizing a process-oriented approach toward the accomplishment of cost, profile, services as well as organization goals.
- Preparation & Submission of quotations per company policy in customer-specified format. Commercial negotiation & finalization.
- Product Knowledge
- Raw material community knowledge, design & drawing knowledge, and process knowledge.
- Costing Norms, APQP, MIS Preparation, Time plan, Development costing, Commodity costing, Quotation, Tooling, Negotiation, Good communication skills.
