Position / Designation: Senior Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Reporting To: Head - Marketing & Sales and SBU Head

Job Location: Prithla, Faridabad

Experience: 9 ~ 12 years

Educational Qualification: MBA (Full Time) + B. Tech. (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for Managing Sales & Marketing Function as an SPOC for Siac - SKH unit to JCB (Buyer / Key Stake Holders) and allied customer (If any).

- Annual Sales Forecasting, Annual Sales Budget, New Opportunities / Business Development, Sales Execution (Commercial & Non-Commercial aspect) etc.

- Adherence of Sales & Marketing Plan, Processes (Commercial Aspect - Settlement of price, proposing terms & conditions for sales effectiveness).

- Responsible for Quotes (RFQs) preparation line with Bottom line suitability, Sales Cost Analysis, Increase business capability with customer in terms of Value & Volume.

- Active Participate in pricing the solution / service (Price Proposal, Price Clarification / Justification / Settlement with internal team (Finance Team, SBU Head Recommendations etc) in order to increase the effectiveness of business model.

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working with JCB (Buyer / Key Stake Holders) through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Be an external customer for operations teams in plant.

- Build relationships with business clients such as BU Heads, facilitate the enabling factors to increase satisfaction index of customer.

- Meet potential client's expectation to increase visibility of sales & marketing vertical of organization and to exhibit growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

- Initiate & Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders / principals to leverage our sales & marketing productivity.

- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

- Identify bottlenecks of sales & marketing practices and assist SBU Head to increase productivity.

- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

- Research and build relationships with new clients.

- Implementing suggestions given and suggested by top management.

- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

- Present an image that mirrors that of the internal client.
