Senior Manager - Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor product segment analysis and develop action plans to increase market share within the region
- Development of sales channels and other avenues for business apart from direct selling
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for revenue generation and maintaining the entire sales life cycle.
- Market understanding, research and analysis.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the key customers.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and solutions development.
- Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring that agreements are beneficial for both the customer and company.
- Market Expansion: Identify potential areas for market expansion and develop strategies to enter new segments or territories.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Industry Events: Represent at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase their solutions and establish strong industry connection
