Specifically from Semiconductor / VLSI / Embedded / IOT / wireless / Automotive domain
- At least 5+ Years of experience with IT services and GIC (Global In-house Captive) market.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Neutral accent with strong verbal/written skills.
- Skills in collaborating with extended team delivery/technical resources, Lead gen, BD, Finance, and HR.
- Skills in working with customers.
- Engage different levels (VP, Director, Manager) and LOB (Engineering, Procurement, Prod Dev, R&D) in dialogue to understand existing operations, growth strategy, need for 3rd party services, etc.
- Should have Expertise in Business Development, Sales, Client Management & Consulting and Team Management in India.
- Responsible for winning new business (Hunting) & growing existing accounts (Farming) in the GIC (Global In-house Captive) vertical.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with CXO level executives.
- Must have done strategic sales and account management for large deals.
- Drive the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships while maintaining and supporting the current client base to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and manage pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects to clients.
