- IT Recruitment, Staffing, C2H & Third Party Payroll Services (Experience- Atleast 5+ years in Sales)
- 360 understanding of Sales Process- Lead Generation, Negotiation, Agreement/Contracts & Closures.
- Should be able to turnaround Business quickly, need to have proven track record in Sales of IT Recruitment & Staffing Services.
- Must have worked with and executed High Value Contracts in Key Accounts.
- Should have good database of Potential clients for immediate business conversions.
- Should be Excellent at Lead Generation & Business development.
- Shall be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating Sales
- Strategies to close target driven business.
- Will be given Revenue based targets and additional Performance Incentive
