Senior Manager - Sales - IT Products
Strategic Planning :
- Establishing short / long term budgets in tune with the corporate strategies for achieving business targets.
- Business planning, forecasting and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
Business Development :
- Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion.
- Exploring new business opportunities, analyzing latest marketing trends & tracking competitors- activities & providing valuable inputs for fine tuning of sales & marketing strategies.
- Managing sales & marketing operations ensuring accomplishment of set business targets.
Channel Management :
- Market mapping and Distribution network development for business through channel.
- Identifying and appointing dealers; establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Implementing corporate guidelines at dealerships to maximize sales and accomplish revenue and collection targets; upgrading existing dealer infrastructure.
- Finalizing new dealership areas where ever unrepresented and organizing review meeting for assessing performance of dealer.
- Planning and setting the distributor / dealers targets & Marketing activities and expanding Dealer network.
- Working for the launching of schemes for Channels while keeping the ROI intact for all Retail, Channel as well as Organization.
Salary offered: 18 - 25 LPA
