Role & Responsibilities -
1. Qualify & nuture leads to convert over time across different service offering
2. Plan & achieve revenue targets for entire sales team (monthly, quarterly & yearly)
3. Undertake presales ideation, strategic thinking with potential & existing customers through renewals & new customer signups
4. Understand our services & articulate the value propositions, features & benefits of these services
5. The ability to carry out end to end sales activities (develop proposals, present offers, negotiate, and close opportunities) to prospect clients
6. Maintain & manage sales data through CRM and structured reporting to leadership periodically
7. Lead & manage team which has pre-sales & sales executives
8. Build strong industry relationships and develop long term customer relationships
9. Maintain and build strong internal working relationships with design & delivery teams at NetBramha
10. Work with finance & legal to drive documentation & billing.
Requirement -
1. 10+ years of relevant sales experience in advertising, digital sales or UX Sales domain.
2. Preferred from IT services/design industry
3. Proven ability in new business acquisition
4. Record of consistent & exceptional achievement in exceeding sales goals
5. A passion and aptitude for consultative selling
6. Strong relationships with C-level decision makers
7. Excellent communication, presentation skills & negotiation skills
8. Strong experience working with fortune 500 customers, different geographic customers preferred
