They are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager to join their growing team at
Mumbai, Bangalore Hyderabad, and Cochin.
What you will be tasked with:
- Customer acquisition and revenue generation in assigned territory/region
- Devising a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and ensuring a strong presence
- Build and promote a long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs proactively
- Prepare and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecast, to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market trends while being aware of new products and competition.
What you need have:
- Any Engineering, Management degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Should have prior experience in selling software or its related products.
- Should have hands-on experience in the retail industry (Organized retail space preferably)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
- Self -driven go-getter, who is willing to go above and beyond the defined job responsibilities
- Should have contacts or they should have professionally dealt with Super Markets / Hyper Markets, and having direct contacts is a plus.
