Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

- Achieve the company's aspired Volume, Revenue & Gross Margin targets

- Assist in developing the strategy and execution plans in conjunction with the CEO

- Develop and manage long-term relationships with all levels of management with customers and prospects

- Generate new prospects and ensure the prospects are converted to customers within a short gestation period

- Communicate the Product Value Propositions to customers/prospects

- Prepare proposals/tenders working closely with Commercial /Technical/plant personnel

- Market intelligence on customers and competitors

- Accurate forecasts for products sales as input to production planning

- Represent Avi-Oil externally with customers, suppliers, and partners, as needed, to create a positive external image of the Company

- Lead and assist with projects as required by the company

- Ensure outstanding is within the targeted debtor days

- Collection of C-Forms / Bank Guarantees / EMD on time

- First point contact for complaint handling from customers

- 5+ years- experience in B2B Direct Sales of Industrial Lubricants/chemicals or allied products.
