Senior Manager - Sales HR - FMEG
Key Responsibilities :
- Undertake Hiring Actions and pursue Talent Acquisition related initiatives.
- Ensure new joiners settle well in the Organisation by ensuring there is proper Induction, Functional induction, goal setting for new joiner, regular check in.
- Ensure Training and Development actions in line with local needs. Responsible for 100% completion of mandatory training by branch staff and maintain training records.
- Ensure goal sheets are completed on time for all staff. Monitor periodicity of feedback to employees, encourage managers towards regular performance feedback.
- Maintain productive organisation climate through frequent employee connects, town-halls and 1-1 catch ups.
- Employee life cycle management and employee relations management for Onroll and Offroll staff.
