I am currently hiring for Senior Sales Manager for a leading Fintech Startup
About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Manager you will be leading & heading into a particular category of organized business
Major responsibilities:
1. Identify the categories of organized business and micro - markets to onboard multiple accounts from your category
2. Manage the entire process of on-boarding to deployment initially, account management, merchant servicing and driving month on month transaction and GMV growth for the category
3. Revisit the top transacting merchants on monthly basis and pass product and market feedback to the product team.
4. Meet monthly onboarding & transaction targets.

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Target-oriented, organized team player
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics
- Well presentable & articulate
Qualification required :
- Relevant experience in B2B sales
- Comfortable with field sales
