As a Senior Sales Manager focused on co-operative banks, NBFCs, and credit societies, you'll play a vital role in expanding our reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

Client Identification: Identify potential co-operative banks, NBFCs, and credit societies as strategic partners, aligning with our target market and growth objectives.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers within these financial institutions, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how the company can empower their operations.

Solution Presentation: Present our neo banking platform in a compelling and value-driven manner, showcasing how it addresses the challenges and opportunities faced by co-operative banks, NBFCs, and credit societies.

Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitors' activities to adapt our sales approach and messaging.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking progress and providing regular updates to the management team.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our product and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our financial partners.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve our offerings and enhance the overall partnership experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, with a strong background in the financial services sector.

- Familiarity with co-operative banks, NBFCs, credit societies, and their operational dynamics.
