Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion Strategy:

- Proactively engage in the niche/high-end market segments to achieve targeted sales figures.

- Extend operations to new cities, fostering the growth of our customer base.

Streamlined Sales Process:

- Establish and maintain an employee-friendly system from inquiry generation to order processing, ensuring smooth workflows.

- Develop comprehensive sales documents for a better understanding of products and internal processes.

Sales Team Empowerment:

- Provide training and awareness to the sales team to ensure accurate estimations and prevent cost overruns.

- Define improved payment terms to enhance our company's cash flow.

- Lead the repricing efforts for expired contracts.

Training and Development:

- Assess the training needs of the sales team and collaborate with the HR Department to organize effective training programs.

- Continuously evaluate performance parameters, identifying avenues to enhance individual skills for improved efficiency.

Communication and Coordination:

- Coordinate with senior management and sales staff for sales support functions.

- Innovate and implement strategies to augment market share and strengthen the brand image.

Profitability Analysis:

- Work closely with the field and finance departments to ensure enhanced profitability post-execution of each elevator unit.

- Conduct pre-post analyses for all projects to evaluate profit/loss status.
