Senior Manager - Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales person who has done sales in hospitality - hotel or resorts , travel industry or real estate sales.
- The Target segment - B2B sales, corporate sales, tour sales, Schools/ colleges - to target for all tours.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and meet sales targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reports on team performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales materials and product strategies
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting to optimize sales operations
- Implement and maintain effective sales processes and CRM systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Participate in key client presentations and industry events
- Contribute to the development of pricing strategies for products and services
- Provide insights and recommendations for product development based on market feedback
- Monitor and ensure compliance with sales policies and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales leadership role
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and make strategic recommendations
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving goals
- Thorough understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Professional certifications in sales or leadership are a plus
