- We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Sales to oversee and drive the growth of our decorative veneers, engineered wooden flooring, and laminates under the New Mika brand.

- This role will focus on managing distribution networks, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

- The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales management, business development, and a keen understanding of the architectural and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Distributor & Dealer Management: Develop and manage relationships with existing distributors, wholesalers, and direct dealers.

- Identify and onboard new partners to enhance market reach and improve sales lead generation.

- Distribution Network Expansion: Analyze and address gaps in the distribution network.

- Strategically expand and optimize distribution channels to ensure comprehensive market coverage.

- Sales Strategy Management: Maintain a balance between primary and secondary sales to ensure consistent growth.

- Implement and manage sales schemes and achieve brand-specific quantity and value targets.

- Pricing & Discount Structure: Develop a deep understanding of pricing strategies and discount structures.

- Ensure product pricing aligns with market conditions while maintaining profitability and competitive advantage.

- Payment Terms & Fund Security: Oversee payment terms (credit/cash) and ensure secure management of funds.

- Address any financial discrepancies or issues promptly.

- BTL Activities: Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including in-shop promotions, wall and shutter painting, FLEX displays, dealer certificates, POP displays, and promotional gifts.

- Enhance brand visibility and engagement through these activities.

- Dealer Engagement: Organize and lead dealer meetings and plant visits to strengthen partnerships, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with company goals.

- Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with key influencers such as architects, interior designers, contractors, carpenters, and builders to drive brand awareness and support sales efforts.

- Sales Target Achievement: Employ a go-to-market attitude to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Utilize strategic planning, market analysis, and effective sales tactics to drive growth.

- Customer Service & Key Account Management: Deliver excellent customer service and manage key accounts to foster long-term relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or similar role, ideally within the architectural, interior design, or building materials sectors.

- Demonstrated success in managing distribution networks, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence.

- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, discount structures, and payment terms.

- Experience with BTL activities and marketing promotions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.

- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

- Proficiency in handling key account management and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
